Gary Kirkham is Managing Director, Global Head of Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has been with the firm for the past 20 years and has 22 years of Technology Investment Banking experience. Based in Palo Alto, Gary’s focus includes companies in the software, cloud, security and mobility sectors. During his career he has advised on many of the transformative transactions in the global technology sector and assisted private equity firms and venture capital leaders in capital formation and strategic transactions. Gary holds a B.Sc., MBA and CFA designation.
