PAT DILLINGHAM

Co-founder, Windy Hill Spirits

Pat is a native of the Bay Area and had the honor of playing for Coach Bill Campbell while in grade school at St. Joseph’s Elementary School (now Sacred Heart).  Pat went on to play Quarterback at the University of Notre Dame, where he received his BBA in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business. He returned to the Bay Area to start his career in Investment Banking, working at ThinkEquity Partners, prior to joining a consumer-technology startup venture-backed by KPCB. He then attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business to earn his MBA, and during his time at Stanford, he worked at Apple in their Corporate Retail Group. Following Stanford, he headed back east to join McKinsey & Company in their New York office, working as a Management Consultant at the firm. Pat left McKinsey to start his first business in 2012 based in Nashville, TN, and after being acquired in 2016, he has since co-founded Windy Hill Brands in Santa Barbara, where he and his team work closely with fast growing consumer product companies with a focus on brand development and route-to-market strategies.
