DIANE B. GREENE
Former CEO Google Cloud and Co-founder of VMWare
Ms. Diane Greene was the former CEO of Google Cloud and Co-founder of VMWare. She presently serves on several corporate boards including Stripe and SAP’s Advisory Board. She formerly served on the Boards of Alphabet (Google’s parent), Intuit and VMWare. She held technical leadership positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc, Tandem Computers, Inc, Sybase, Inc. and Co-Founded Vxtreme and VMWare, Inc. and served as VMWare’s President and CEO. She serves as a Member of The MIT Corporation, the governing body of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was the women’s National Double handed Dinghy Champion in 1976 and was a three-time Women’s Division Winner of the San Francisco Classic, a long-distance windsurfing race. Ms. Greene holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science and Naval Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively and a B.A. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
